Policies and Procedures

On successful completion of registration and receipt of course fee you will receive a set of Learning Material sent free of cost if residing in India.

All overseas students will receive learning material on payment of INR 2500/- (Handling and postage charges.)

In case of double payment, you shall submit the proof of such double payment which shall be send back to you at the address mentioned in your form by courier within 30 days. The final decision in this respect shall lie with Zee Interactive Learning Systems, an education division of ETC Networks Ltd.

All students who intend to take this online Pre School Teacher Certificate Programme must engage in relevant work experience for a specified amount of time.

Relevant work experience is defined as performing professional responsibilities in planning, preparing and executing teaching responsibilities to a set of children in a regular class room set up.

The following are the internship guidelines for the students:

Candidates can avail internship facilities in the nearest KIDZEE pre schools; in the event of a KIDZEE school not available the candidate must approach the nearest Preschool.
The internship should be scheduled at the end of every module.
The internship may occur at any time during the course of 3 Months.
A plan for the internship has to be drawn in consultation with the Head of the Practice school.
The plan shall include the type of internship desired, learning objectives and any special conditions that the intern must see or observe.

The primary means of evaluation for grading purposes will be based on communication between the student, the supervisor/ school head, and the faculty member. This may include letters, reports, observation of classroom teaching and the supervisor’s evaluation.

Achievement of specified learning objectives should be addressed in the student’s evaluation letter. Students who work for multiple supervisors are encouraged to maintain a diary of activities.

Whenever possible the evaluative data should emphasize the application of theories concepts and techniques relevant to the online teacher-training course. Students must submit a final written evaluation of their internship.
